Why can't you use outdoor lotions in tanning beds? I understand that outdoor oils are messy, but what about regular lotions?

Most outdoor tanning lotions provide sunscreen. You really don't want SPF 4 Dark Tanning Lotion when you are going to lay in a bed for 20 mins.

Second, outdoor lotions contain minerals that damage the tanning bed acrylics
