For me it's the little quirky things that make people individual that I find sexy. Like a little curl of the lip when they smile, or the way their nose wrinkles when they're concentrating or whatever.

Here's a big turn on. She's smart.
She dresses pretty average. Not showing off anything, but not frumpy. That's the best way a girl can show confidence. Too slutty and it looks like she needs to show off her body to hide something else, maybe a bad attitude or personality. Too frumpy and she looks lazy. Something like, maybe, jeans and a t-shirt and she shows she's probably active and confident enough that she doesn't need to spend all kinds of time in front of a mirror.
Also (and this may be a boring answer) the smile and a nice laugh. Why? A great smile tells you she probably has a good sense of humor, a good personality, and usually has good hygiene. A feminine voice, too. Smoking kills that, it makes women eventually talk like men and cough up gross phlegm when they laugh.
Natural skin is another one, and not too much makeup. No fake tans.

I like a girl to be strong, inside and out. I like to see a bit if muscle in her character and on her body. Don't cry to me because you have to touch dirt or do work that makes you sweat.
Long nails are annoying because they make a girl weak and handicapped.
Don't obsess about shoes, no guy is looking at your shoes. They like the way you walk in high heels but they aren't looking at the heel; they are looking at you when you are wearing the heel.

Do you mean mannerisms? I think that's what makes the girl attractive besides just how smart/funny/cute/hot she is (note: cute and hot are both subclasses of good looking, not the same thing =P )

Umm firstly....The mere fact that they aren't guys accounts for a lot....I can tell you what I don't like.....
Girls that walk like truck drivers.....Major turn off.
