Many of the cities along Lake Michigan in West Michigan. Holland, Michigan, Grand Haven, Michigan, perhaps even Grand Rapids, Michigan (although it is some distance from the beach).

Beautiful beaches, low cost of living, and plenty of jobs.

I would guess that for IT jobs, go anywhere in Southern California. The weather usually stays around 70-80 degrees year round. The Pacific is pretty cold usually though.

Look into Brookings, Oregon

The temp here is 65 f year around. Level of income good compared to living expenses.

san diego, my brother in law works there, and he used to live there, it has a nice beach, nice weather, a lot of IT opportunities i think, but i dont know about how much it cost to live there..

i loved virginia beach, lots of opps for IT and the cost of living is still low...not a big city, but i think it's perfect!!!
