Nothing, knowledge is important. All knowledge.

I wish I didn't "know" the things I think I know that are wrong. Particularly the self-limited beliefs that have held me back from getting anywhere.

I also wish I didn't know so many shortcuts to instant gratification, such as alcohol, drugs and sugar.

I wish I didn't know all my flaws. Then I could stop thinking about them.

I wish I didn't know that when I fall for a woman, there's a good chance she'll break my heart and that her professed love for me will turn out to be a lie. What I would give not to know that, I can't begin to describe.

For everything I've had the blessing of understanding and becoming enlightened with I have no regrets.

The truth is ugly sometimes, and painful, and disturbing. But conversely, it can be absolutely core-shatteringly life changing. It is beautiful, necessary, and deeply metaphysical at its best, and that makes everything else worth it.

Ignorance is not bliss. I wouldn't take any of it back.

That adults should behave differently from children. Adults should be prim and proper. There is no fun and spontaneity in that. It creates walls and borders. If all people didn`t know this, then there`d be more room for acceptance and less on discrimination.

I wish I didn't know what it was like being married to someone who uses crack cocaine. That was a whole set of memories I could do without.

When i was young, my mom used to tell me......
"If you lived your life doing good things, good things would come your way"

Now that I'm an adult I have seen terrible things happen to good people....children who suffer, and elderly who are scared and alone. So that's the truth i wish i didn't know......that bad things indeed happen to good people.
