I thought it was okay as a movie, disappointing as the revival of the Superman movies. The interaction between Clark Kent and Lois Lane, where the old movies shined was severely lacking in this movie. Without a relationship between Clark and Lois, the relationship between Superman and Lois is really superficial.
Also, Superman was kind of creepy in this movie with the stalking and what not. I agree the movie was quite long as well.

What a piece of crap. The actors for this movie were absolutely rediculous. The girl that played Lois Lane was horrible! I laughed when I saw Kevin Spacey was in this movie...come on! The whole time that I was in the movie theater (which felt like forever) all I kept thinking was I hope Lois Lane dies, superman is hot, but anything but super, and Lois' boyfriend was in the notebook. Eight bucks I'm never gonna see again and 2 hours of my life wasted...Just shouldn't try to remake the origionals.

Complete load of crap. I thought it was horrible and unenjoyable. I had to see it twice and I even hated it more the second time. I thought the only good things in there was Jimmy's character and how Kevin Spacy portrayed Lex Luthor. I think the worst part was Kate Bosworth. She couldn't act at all and did such a poor job. I keep thinking "there are billions of women in the world and you had to pick her?". All this equals a waste of money.
