i was going to go out with some one and they stood me up and i do not now what to do

you can just go out by yourself or call up a gf and go visit and eat ice cream while you talk about boys.
Like someone said on here be sure to try and find out what happened, might be something that couldn't be helped and is forgiveable.
if its just because he's an inconsiderate jerk, tell him you're not interested in dating him again.

If you really like this guy (and your gut says he's not a jerk), find out from him directly (not demandingly) the reason why he wasn't able to meet up with you. In case he didn't answer your question, or if it looks like he's avoiding you, forget about him (even though you like him very much), he doesn't like you back to way you want to. He'd most probably do more nasty stuff to get rid of you, or take advantage of you. If he answers your question with a valid explanation, forgive him, and tell him gently that you understand the situation but you hope that he would let you know (next time) in case such emergencies occur again (or if he can't meet you).
If you don't like him, forget it. Move on, there are lots of other guys out there more deserving of you. Chin up girl! :)

Confront them the next day and ask them what happened.
Maybe they had a family emergency or something.
If they stood you up on purpose, they aren't worth the light of day. Don't be like them and just act normally and recover, they are plenty of fish in the sea.

Don't pick up if they call you back, or if you do just to be curious what there lame excuse is just tell them that you aren't interested no more and get out and have fun yourself.

this should not be a problem screwwww him and when you see him where ever just say hi act as if nothing happened it will drive him crazy, of course if he ask you agian just say "yeah right" laugh in his face and walk off with your head held high
