Basic/practical/training/education should be available in all countries and it should continue to be called SCHOOL!!
Why? Because when a dollar bill, peso, or even trading beads are attached to labor some boss-man will abuse the privilege of having workers; just as they do with adults. But the workers should NEVER be children. Children suffer enough abuses as it is. Let's stop the abuses and give kids a childhood!

Why? Whether the children in poor countries doesn't deserve a decent living? What is a poor country? It should be that universally children should be given a decent environment, education and livelyhood upto a certain age say atleast 15 years of age.

Child labor should be banned in all nations, especially poor ones. The children are never educated and trained to do a job that is good and worthwhile to the children or their families. Child labor, particularly in poor countries, is about exploitation and human SLAVERY. Children are injured and in danger constantly. India -- they are kidnapped and locked in carpet factories; receiving little food, poor hygenic situations, weaving constantly. Thailand -- they are sexual slaves. This 3rd generation Chinese-American who lives in NYC do not support this idea, AT ALL.
