I highly recommend Muscle Milk.

Unlike some other products,Muscle Milk contains casein protein which is a slow digesting protein,so you can drink a shake before you go to sleep and you won't get hungry through the night and your body is receiving the protein it needs.

I recommend using a faster digesting protein before and after a workout also such as Whey Protein or Soy Protein that way it gets to your muscles faster,and then use Muscle Milk before you sleep and if you don't have time for a meal.

If I were forced to use one protein product it would be Muscle Milk

I reccomend good ol' weightlifting. One of my friends in weights class, started using all the powder mixes and all that and is pretty much hooked on it. Lift Weights.

I think that it would be good to drink if you work out, milk is good for you, right?
