The funniest one I've ever heard of, was on an evaluation form in the British Military. In referring to the soldier being evaluated, the rater wrote, "Somewhere in England a village is missing an idiot".

This was about a year ago to 3 guys that I used to work with (they all got fired!)
"You 3 should really stop smoking pot, because 3 people can't share 1 brain cell!!"

There was this guy that kept yelling and hooping at me in the mall...so after the 20 th time this just slipped out... "Yeah then you woke up and you were all wet, cuz buddy you must have been havin' a wet dream". and walked off.

I hand them a sealed envelope..and i say.."your not worth insulting in person..take this sealed envelope home with you and read about what i think of you"..and inside..a blank piece of paper.
theyll rip it open immediately..and be royally pissed off
