If you could read their minds, you wouldn't need to ask this question, because you would already know.
But also, you could simply not tell them you can read their minds and they would never know. And because you know what they are thinking, you will know the instant they start to suspect your telepathic abilities and can make up some lie to explain how you know what you know.

Yes, I can tell you most of them will avoid you like ghost.
But a small volumn people will treasure you. Why, usually the people who treasure you can be categorise into 2 groups:
1 really treat you as friend, reason, cos you can somehow give them advices when they have issues that cant be solved
2 treat you as a tool for them. wanting you to see what other people think of him/her. using this to change themselves to suit the thinking of the others in-order to get certain things in return.

People might avoid you at first because they will be scared that a stranger is reading their inner most thoughts and wont like the feeling of invasion. But, you will find people who will like you and find you very uniqe and interesting, like I find it to be cool. People are always scared of what they dont understand. Try telling people about it and informing them fully of your abilities and maybe they wont be as freaked. Also try to make clear that you dont want to read their minds and you will try not to. It's worth a try.
