The watch list on Yahoo! Answers is similar to the favorites / bookmarks on your web browser. If you ever want to see what answers a question will receive or have any other reason for checking on the question later, you can just click the "Add to Watch List" button.
Then click on "My Q&A" in the upper right of this page. The questions in your watchlist will show up with in a list next to the lists of questions you have asked and answered. That way you can find them easily.

It is a list at the bottom of your Q&A page that allows you to keep an eye on the questions you answer in order to read other peoples replies and see whats goin on.
When you put a question on your watch list you can easily get back to it by clicking on the question on your list instead of having to try and find it again amongst all the other questions

I use my watch list to keep track of questions I have answered that have gone into voting. You can add or delete anytime you want.
