I think it's sold at most drug stores in the nail care isle.
So you know biting your nails can damage them so much that they could stop growing, even if you stop biting them.

If you can't find it in the store, ask the people in the pharmacy, they should be able to order it from their supplier if all else fails. I used to work in a pharmacy, and we used to special order stuff for people all the time. I used to bite my nails bad, but I got over it by getting my nails done for a few months. I had tips put on and their not as "biteable", plus you don't want to ruin something u just wasted $25 on!

i dont know but mabye you could mix grapefruit juice in your nail polish...just a guess never tried it
