Every once in a while, my boyfriend gets an erection out of nowhere (he is not horny or anything) and he just gets really REALLY sleepy. It's like ALL his energy went to his dick, but he's not horny.. I just don't understand. Is it normal or just him?

It sounds like a blood pressure problem. His blood pressure shoots up which causes the erection, then drops suddenly back to normal or below normal which causes the sleepiness.
I've had the same problem when the medication I was taking caused my blood pressure to spike.

it's normal to feel sleepy after having great! sex but feeling sleepy during an erection is something else. he should go see a doctor and let the doc check it out.

not normal...it's him.
maybe see a doc about that.
usually sleepy after sex...not from an erection ;^)
and erection is when a man gets energized.
