Most major department store. Victorias secret, and Fredricks of Hollywood. when you go to get a fitting, don't wear a bra with any padding, or it wont come out right.

u could do it at home with help from someone and a tape measure. they have the sysem used to measure all over the place, all u have to do is google it b/c i don't feel like explaining it. it's pretty easy tho.

it depends on where you buy your bra's any store will help you with that ask in the dressing room area (wal-mart does this i know for a fact)
