I've officially (in my own mind ) succeded my property from the rest of the U.S (woooooohooooo my own country) should I tell the government there violating my airspace and if they don't comply what should I do.I ate beans today so I do have nuclear capabilities.....

No I'm not stupid I'm just bored and a little wired.....

by USA amendments, you have the right to declare the airspace an international space and USA flights should be asking for permission to pass through it. now, you have to have strong support for your claim. you are paying property tax every year to government, therefore you don't own the land ever, and with no land, there is no airspace, also your pipes and cables which ran under ground are trans-passing state property as well.
and for nuclear problem, as long as you show you are benefiting yourself from it (either energy-wise, or peaceful purposes) you could use it,
if you don't believe me, release the nuclear power right now and enjoy the results at your home that you think you own but state gets tax for... :-)
