No, all animals are actualy packed into boxes, from the plan to ups, from ups to the store, no one even sees what is in boxes until they are instore. then when box is open, the one or two survivers out of maybe 20-30 reptiles or birds or small animals. The rest go into willness room in the back of store, this room has big freezer in it that is where everything is put that dies, then managment brings to shelter to have creamated, this room is locked per company and cannot be entered,exept by managment.
