We have a raccoon that was hand fed after its mother was hit by a car. It is living in the woodspast our backyard. I don't think that I would try and pet it anymore (its about 6 years old and rather fiesty). But if we are out on the back deck having dinner it will sit on the railing and beg for scraps like it used to when it was a baby.

Well, I've had dogs, cats, snakes, parrots, fish, rats, rabbits, chickens, goats, horses...
Well, I guess my most 'unusual' pet is my chicken who constantly tries to get in the house. Yeah, thats definately unusual.

I've got a blue crayfish. He redecorates his tank, moving plants and gravel. He also tries to pinch me thru the glass when I'm near the tank. But he doesn't bother any of the fish in the tank w/ him.

My dad has a raccoon that he walks on a leash. He got it as a baby at a swap meet and it has always been very friendly. His name is Bandit. My dad walks him at night, sometimes he gets a little afraid of the neighborhood dogs and jumps on my dad's shoulder for a ride.
