I want something new never opened. What words that are deceiving should I watch out for?

Just read the description. If the title says it's brand new but the description says it was opened, then it was opened.

If it says "never opened", then it hasn't been opened.

I've been a buyer on eBay for many years. Member id: iamkornnutz.
If it doesnt clearly state in the auction whether its been opened or not, send the seller an email and ask. Every seller I've ever talked to has been very helpful.
What exactly are you wanting? I may be able to help you in your search.
