people who are rude, people who hate others simply because the color of ther sking. i dont care how pretty someone is..if they are a bigot or rasict..they are pure ugly

ugly is not on the outside. I went to college a few years ago. A very very beautiful girl came in late. Hair, makeup, nails and cloths like a movie star. My mouth droped and I AM NOT GAY!
By the second week of school this beauty was the ugliest person I had ever seen. Her attitude was "IT'S ALL ABOUT ME" " I AM THE PRINCESS AND YOU ARE NOTHING BUT MY SLAVE"
That is what make a person ugly, how they treat others and self centeredness.

people are ugly when they have a ugly attitude. they always have something ugly to say.now dumb..some people act dumb to get attention. and some are dumb.. because they learn a littl eslower or doesnt pay attention very well.and maybe born with it

People are ugly-that's a mental thing.People are only ugly if they think of themselves that way.I think of myself as ugly,but that's my personal opinion.As for dumb,people are dumb because they chose to be.If they don't go to school and actually try to learn,that's on them-their own fault!

people are ugly if they do stupid stuff. dumb is not really ugly.. dumb is just not sexy at all. character and personality contributes to a person's physical make up.
