OK, you have bad outer races. Sounds like you changed the bearings but not the races. Which is fine, provided the races are OK, but these are not. You should have gotten outer races with the bearings. You need to press the old races out and put in the new races. Sounds like the damaged races have torn up the new bearings. You will need to buy a new set of bearings. Might be simpler to go to the JY and get a used hub assy. Make sure it's out of a V-8 car because on the older ones the bearings were a little larger. That's the cheapest and easiest way out of this mess. Good luck...sorry for your troubles...I've made the same mistake myself. Sometimes the race feels fine, but upon close inspection is a tiny bit discolored and that is a bad race.

you actually need to look at the spindle ,,and see if it has any heat marks on it they will be blueish looking spots,,and look at the new bearing,s to see if they look like they might have been running in a bind,,if not if you see some spots on the spindle,,this means it has been hot from the old bearing,,and if you change the race with the bearing,,and it still does it,,you probably have slightly bent spindle,,this will cause a slight roar in it,,just enough to aggravate you,,and drive you nuts,,I'm sure you,ll find it if you take your time,,it should be a simple fix,,usually finding it on these car,s id the hardest part of the job.

a load roar kinda like a humming sound thats wheel bearings i would check your spindle if its bent or off it will wear your wheel bearing out in no time so i would check your wheel bearings again

You've changed everything that could cause a problem so I would not assume everything is as factory. Check everything that is not factory. Wheels, clearances etc.
