1. You are tired; you need to boost up energy with small addition of healthy eatables.

Agree with so many of the other great comments. In addtion, the heat may not be helping you. Get a fan at least if not a portable air conditioning unit. Wear light/loose fitting clothing. Have lots to drink. Think of something you really enjoy.

Are you getting enough sleep at night? 8 hours a night is recommended. Maybe you just have a really boring job . . . . if so, check out some other possibilities. Life is short, don't spend it sleeping at a shi--y job. Find something - or someone - that excites you!

You might not be getting enough sleep. Try getting atleast 8 hours of sleep.
Make sure you eat a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even you're dinner can affect you the next day.
Another problem could be boredom. What's your job like?

You are basically not interested in that job.It may not be suitable to you.It may be tiresome or unintelligent job or a routine job.Find out the reason why you donot like the job.You try to find another job suiting your qualification and taste and quit.If it is not posssible just bear with it.Pull on ......

You might find your job boring. Try to vary what you do.
You might not be getting enough sleep each night. Eight hours is recommended.
You might not have good ventilation. Can you open a window? Use a fan? Get one of those air purifiers?

Your work have a low amount of physical demanding, I would recommend for you to increase your physical activities while off work so your energy level would increase when you are at work, initially it does not feel like it, but eventually it will

if poss,put some headphones on and jig your legs away to the tunes.or just sing in your head.also have a can of RED BULL.Then slip away to the toilet and have a 'stimulating fiddle'.
If that doesn't work then You should sign off sick 4 the day!
