Coinstar? You put your change in and it gives you a receipt that you take to the service desk, and they give you your money. They keep a small %, but I'm not sure how much.

I believe you're thinking of CoinStar, which takes a fee for counting and converting your coins.
If there is a Commerce bank near you, there are some branches that have what they call a penny arcade. Their machine will count your coins for free and you can exchange them for cash. You don't have to have an account with the bank to use the coin changer.

coinstar is what it is called down here were i live. you put all ur change in and than it gives u a receipt and then u take it to a person that is supposed to give u the money in the store.

Hi, not very clear about your question.
You referring to a banking device or you talkign about a gambling one?
Most of the answers here talk about coinstar.
However, if you are talking about a chance game/ gambling thingy, then the jackpot is your answer. You insert your coings, pull the lever and if a match comes about, you have your money back and more.
