I knew a girl who got her period at 8 yrs old. It is a sad thing to hear of kids having kids. The 5 yr old must have been raped. I have heard of even younger children being raped. The erect penis wont fit in a five year old's vagina, unless forced, by a sick monster of a man.
Although it is unusual to get your period at such an early age it is not impossible. She may have had a hormonal in-balance. I have read that children who are breastfed can sometimes take in some of their mother's hormones. In some cultures breastfeeding continues into childhood. Maybe that's what happened in this case.
That is a disturbing fact but not necessarily impossible.

Yeah. I've read up on that before (the youngest mother). I was curious. It's not like she did it for pleasure though, she was raped obviously. She got her period before she turned 1 I think. So I guess she could've gotten pregnant at 1. So basically, after a woman gets her first period, she could get pregnant. And the penis doesn't have to necessarily go inside. Just so that the sperm can reach its way in the vagina to meet its little eggy buddy and make a baby. So really, the guy's penis could just touch the opening of the vagina and there's a possibility of making a baby.

What you probably read was a tabloid. There are a lot of those, especially back in the 1940's. Puberty starts at the age 9 or up. The youngest I have heard, and this is not from tabloids it actually happened, was of a nine year old girl who got raped in mexico.

A girl can get pregnant at any age just as long has she have a period. But I don't think a 5 year old can get period because it is impossible for a 5 year old to catch a period that young

You are correct, there was a case of a five year old who got pregnant
It was never determined who the father was. Her son was raised as her brother by her parents.
It's pretty amazing, although sad when you think about what must have happened to get her pregnant.

A girl cannot get pregnant until she has started her menses. The onset of that ranges anywhere from @9 to @15 years of age. Anything is possible I suppose but it is rather doubtful that a 5 year old would have started menstruating.

A girl can become pregnant when she gets her period. I saw this thing about a nine year old girl who was raped and got pregnant. Five year olds can't fit fully erect penis without it causing damage, more than likely permanent.

I've heard of the 5 yr old to she had been having a period since she was like 3.
