when you start school, make sure you are sitting in an area that you can be surrounded by a lot of people. That way you can still sit next to a friend but there will be someone new around you also. Don't sit in a corner or on the edge. Get in there. You can start small with the person who sits behind you and eventually you can be friends with the whole class.

not extra alcohol. the prospect of being sexually assaulted is extreme in such circumstances (drugs coated). do no longer risk it. believe which you're a sturdy individual and that as quickly as the time is right in the years yet to come again, once you have discovered the info and are arranged for the hazards in touch, you will savor sexual intercourse. this isn't that significant in grownup existence. i'm pleased with you for having made the extra effectual possibilities you have, yet I additionally recognize which you have been fortunate in the previous. in case you desire to tell people the reality approximately you, then do. Be pleased with who you're.

cracking little jokes here and there makes you more out going.. if you stand up for something then that would make everyone think you were stronger social wise.. talk to the people in your classes and get to know them... the worst thing they can do is ignore u and if they do that... they wouldn't make a good friend so don't be scared or anything

Hey, you sound like a quiet but deep girl.
Here is what I think: Don't push yourself. That's not real you. Just be yourself and things will fall in place.
Be genuinely interested in things. You will find like minded people. Take my word for it. Conversations will flow.
I am that way but I am happy with myself and I found quite a few who reverberate my mind likewise. Magic is to be yourself.

if you `re new at school i can understand that you shy and it only takes few days to the people to get used to the new one but if you re not new at school i think you have to make the first move even wiht the first person that you see in you classes.

In the places where people know you as quiet, you are going to have to get more outgoing and talk.
