Not everything you do is wrong. I don't even know you and I can tell you that. I'm not sure what happened that made you think this or who told you this, but it's not true. Everyone makes mistakes, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. I've sure made my share. I made a complete fool of myself today, and I usually do at least once a week. Sometimes you have to look at the mistakes you make and just laugh. We all mess up; it's part of human nature. But you can't let it get you down, because I bet if you really look at your life, you've done some pretty good things. Your profile says your a college student studying psychology. Being a college student is an accomplishment in itself. You had to graduate high school, which means twelve straight years of doing at least something right. A lot of people would look up to you for that. What do you plan to do with your psychology degree? I'm not a psychologist myself, but isn't the point of psychology helping people? Even research psychologists do so with the ultimate goal of helping people. I think that's a very noble calling, from my humble point of view.

The only thing you do wrong is to feel the way you feel. The important here is that you make the decision to feel confortable with your-self or not. The proble is that tou actually belive that you are doing it wrong that is what cause you the trouble, it may be that you do not do thigns wrong but as you belive it is true. Give yourself a chance. YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TEATED LIKE THIS. And you are the one who is treating you like these. Turn everything into a positive attitude here is what you are going to do....every time you criticize yourself instead of thinking whot you did wrong you are going to find at least one thing you did ok there is more than one believe, and just before acting, think that you can do things the best way. Nothing and is going to help you but yourself. I am really open zupynomas1@yahoo.com e mail me ANY time you need to talk about,

Not everything you do is wrong. What IS wrong is what you think about what you do and how you talk to yourself about it. Positive self-talk creates constructive motivation, negative self-talk destroys it. When talk to ourself negatively we might say, "How could I be so stupid?" We go on to answer our own question with "Well, let me tell you... dummy!" We then tell ourself what a lousy job we just did. This demotivates us to try to do it better next time, if we ever try it again at all. By using positive self-talk such as, " That was pretty good for a first try, next time I'll make it better by trying this..." Practicing this technique regularly will help you to maintain your motivation and to handle setbacks as callenges instead of roadblocks. Try it! How we talk to ouself determines how we think and how we think determines how we act.

start over. new hobby, new job (try volunteer work at the Humane Society), meet new people - voila! - new life! I'll bet more things will start going right, if you concentrate on your new focus rather than trying to overcome the past, which just keeps getting further and further away, until you can barely see it.

nope. everything you do is not wrong. i've been through it before. you have to ask yourself.

1. did i do my best?
2. why it is wrong? am i intend it to be wrong or is that just ppl who r misjudging and intolerating?
3. wat if even i do it wrong, will it kill some1 or will it destroy some1's life?
4. wat's the worst thing tat could happen to me if everything is wrong?
5. everybody has mistakes, even god who created this kinda mess so why should i be so depress abt it?

so c'mon don't be a chicken little, be urself, do wat u do and forget it afterward.

and if some1 is always blaming you for those, u can tell them go f*** urself.. (even in your mind, it will make u feel better hahahha)

I feel like that sometimes too. I have to think of things that could be WAY worse. Also I have to think about if the problem was really my fault or just someone trying to be an *** to me. Sometimes that helps me see it's not really just my fault.

You're looking at life in a negative manner. Smoke weed during work and on your free time. It will make life alot easier!
