Ok, I won't go with the flow here and say it's your question.
But actually the strangest question I saw was this guy, "Elastic Pie" asking "If your dog was born with a handle just like a bag, would you carry it by that handle?" Or something like that.

Haha. The strangest question I've answered on here that I can think of at the top of my head (I've answered 1,380, so it's hard to remember) is "Are you cereal?"
