I'm big into fantasy. Books like Harry Potter, Eragon and Chronicles of Narnia are my favorite. The most recent one I read was King Fortis the Brave. A really good book - kind of an easy read, but it kept me turning the pages.

Watermelon by Marian Keyes - her characters are great. I also like Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum stories - they are soo funny - you can start with One for the Money - or read them out of order. Generally I like a variety from Robert Ludlum to Tess Gerritsen to Robin Cook. I also read Mark Twain's Prince and the Pauper recently excellent!

I just finished S Is for Silence by Sue Grafton and am now reading something by James Lee Burke. His titles are always elaborate and I forget them - but he's an amazing author. His prose is outstanding.

I'm also reading Are Men Necesary by Maureen Dowd. Social commentary on the ever-amusing gender issue.

Breakfast at Tiffany's, I start to like the classics more since the new books are usually more written to turn into a movie than to enjoy as a reader and learn something out of it.

The Cat Who Talked to Ghosts, by Lillian Braun. All of her "The Cat Who" series are pretty good. Easy reads.
