Well, an obvious one is satisfaction. Masterbation is an act of pleasure... and provides sexual gratification. Other benefits of masterbation can be the development of endurance... you can do techniques that extend the length of time you masterbate... thus enhancing your sex with another partner because you have built yourself up to last. Also... masterbation is a good form of stress relief... and for us single guys, it is better than nothing.

In all seriousness, masturbating has been found to reduce the chances of contracting prostate cancer if done on a regular basis... Stress relief is another obvious advantage, but I like the idea of a healthy prostate gland.

maturating helps the stress it is proven that when we either have sex 2 weeks before a stressful test ect. it helps our blood pressure and it feels so damn good.
