Why do they make fog in Laser tag rooms?

when I was playing laser tag they blew smoke and stuuf when we were trying to shoot ppl, why?

First, for disorientation, second, to show the laser better.

So that the lasers are more visible.

This is so, because, so you dont see people 3 feet away from you, and to make suspicons.
