I had an abusive boss and this is what I did
1Peter2:18-22
18Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. 19For it is commendable if a man bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God. 20But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. 21To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.
22"He committed no sin,

I remembered these verses when I was struggling. He lasted a year then I got a great new boss. Hang in there and pray

Dont get even, either stick up for yourself or quit! I had a boss who yelled at me once, for no good reason (she was stressed out) and I turned in my letter of resignation the next day. She apologized and we actually got along quite well after that (and I still work there, this was over 2 years ago)

Sleep with his wife and his daughters. Steal his license plate and have his car towed away. Drive out of state and mail him dead animals with pornographic love notes. Anonymously tell everyone in his industry that he is a sex offender. Call local news stations to do 'investigative report' on him or something he's involved with. Take him out drinking, get him drunk and leave him stranded in a gay bar.

if he is physically abusive then i would call the cops. if he is sexually abusive i would call the cops or get him on tape and call the cops or show his wife if he is flirting with me and have her deal with it. but if it is an important job that u don't want to lose or cant afford to lose then i would bring it up with him and ask him if he could lay off and if he didn't i would quite.

Get a new job. Report him all you want, it wont mean anything. Don't expect anyone to care if you report him (they won't), and don't think you will win a lawsuit, you won't. (even if your black, female, or some other minority). Find another job somewhere, you will be so much happier.
