Ok so I passed the MSF course and still need to take the DMV test to get my license.
What do I need to bring?
1. Certificate of MSF course completion
2. My driver's license
Is there anything else I need to bring such as a birth certificate or any other forms of identification to get my license should I pass the written test?

I am not in TX , but I don't think it is any different there.... All you need is what you wrote. Your MSF completion and drivers license. You might want to take cash, some places don't take checks or credit cards. Insurance??? If you are not taking the road test since you have the MSF, don't think that you need Insurance Card. You don't have to own a bike to get the license.
Some people here don't even get that you are going for the Motorcycle Exam... DOHHH

Extra ID is always a good idea. Do you need proof of registration or and cash. I do not know why but my stupid DMV wanted cash. I am in NM not far from where you are. Then the wanted emisssion, proof of insurance, cash not check or credit. Take whatever you have and hopefully you do not have idiots like we do who do not know what a passport is. They would not take my boyfriends because they did not know what it was.
We now have MVD express they are more expensvie, but I do not get so angry. I am really patient,but last time I was at the real one I was threatening them.

It usually takes 2 forms of id- so take your birth certificate,

When I took the test I took my passport drivers license birth cirtificate SSN card jsut to be safe
You need to knwo your SSN I'm pretty sure

Nope, that should be pretty much all you need + some money/check/credit card to pay the license fees.

gmail is just a mail address from GOOGLE...I can't honestly say if its extremely good, ive only had it for a couple days...i like it so far though

You need another source of identifacation so take your social secuirity card. I believe that will do it.
