I've tried out for the job many times and it's always at the 3rd round, water confidence test & kabaya fitting, that I get knocked out of the round. The last time I made it that far, all the interviewer did was check my face then I was out. It was the first time it happened as usually I pass that check.
I don't understand, I aced the group interview & one to one interview and yet my results vary at the 3rd rd after... What exactly do they look for?

FYI, the checking will be done right after the swimming test, so the girl's make up will be washed off by then. There's no chance to pile on make up or look presentable.

No matter what interviews you go.. look chirpy and confident. Even if they go really near to your face to check out that pimple, you must still look confident and smile! HAve the with-youth-surehave-pimples attitude! If you're having bad complexion, get someone to help you with a nice make-up to help cover too. Then, you'll pass!
