Well, I'm not cut and don't intend to be, but if you want to get circumcised just because a lot of girls prefer it, then that's a BAD reason. In the end a girl would have to be pretty damn shallow to reject you because you're uncut, and there are plenty of girls who either don't care or prefer it uncut - just gotta find the right one.
Asking about satisfaction and sensitivity before and after is kind of pointless because the response you'd get varies greatly from person to person. Obviously if someone gets circumcised because he had a serious problem with his foreskin, of course things will improve. But if you get rid of your foreskin for non-necessary reasons, then it's a coin toss; some say it's better, others say it's not. Some people have also had bad experiences with their circumcisions and that'd influence their opinions too.
In any case, if your foreskin is working perfectly fine, then you'll be missing out on all those nerve endings in the foreskin if you get it cut off, so it definitely won't be as sensitive but satisfaction depends no you. Besides, you never NEED lube with a foreskin but you MIGHT if you're cut because it could become uncomfortable, and that's a bit messy.
Moral of the story, don't get circumcised for the wrong reasons. And getting circumcised to please some girl you've never met is definitely a wrong reason. Enjoy what you've got, because if you're in the US, you're still an uncommon breed for a couple more years. Wait a couple years then decide later if you're still thinking about it. On the flip side, some circumcised guys want their foreskins back; guess it doesn't matter who you ask, there's always someone unpleased on either side.

my sister is a nurse and there are certain things you have to be car full she told me that this one guy who was circumcised in his mid 30's and he spit his stitches because of the fact that he woke up with a morning wood. when my son was a infant I did have him circumcised but my sister in law who had a son did not because her husband was not circumcised her hubby is from Mexico and they do not practice circumcising.My other sis in law's hubby was circumcised in his mid 20's and had no problem healing and felt more stimulation.

Well i commend your desire to get circumcized. I for one have refused to sleep with several guys who were not circumcized - and I will next time it happens too.
I will say though that one of the guys called me up 6 months afterwords and invited me out - and told me he had been circumcized and was DELIGHTED to finally have been. He said it was a LOT better for him, and thanked me for having standards.
And it was lucky for me too - as it turnes out he was delicious.

I don't have a penis to know, but I have heard from several people that there is more sensation before circumcision.
