Oh, the poor girl! Listen honey...I think "too big" is as soon as it's not healthy...and that varies person to person. It's too bad that she doesn't see herself as the beautiful woman that you see...but she is obviously very blessed with such a wonderful friend like you!

My aunt-to-be is about the same height and roughly 200-230 (I'm not sure, I'm awful at determining weight) and she's pretty attractive; has a nice face.
Any guy who would blow off a girl and not even give her a chance because she's a bit heavy... well, said girl doesn't have to bother with him. And chances are he's not such a prize either.
I don't think that girls "stop" being attractive at a certain weight, it probably varies with body type. But the important thing is that she has self-confidence, and hopefully takes good care of her body so that she lives to be a good long age, spend as much time as possible with the man of her dreams.
But I'd suggest your friend shed a few pounds (ok, more than a few pounds; 320 is WAY too big), mainly for health concerns.

That size/weight seems like it's pushing the health barrier. If she wants to lose weight, it should be for those reasons.
There are men who are attracted to all body types. But everyone is attracted to confidence. What she needs is to feel comfortable and even powerful in her body. If she doesn't feel that way in her current body, she should talk to a doctor and work out a way to safely lose some weight. It might not take much to put a spring in her step.
Also, it's possible that she just needs to get out of her usual circle to find some nice men. In high school I was overweight and nothing special. Now I'm only a little lighter, but in college and the surrounding city I'm considered very attractive!

A person is too big when it affects their organs abilities to function normally. The real issue might be, does this person have an eatting disorder? Does this person watch their calorie intake or would they like to consider trying to do that? There is great website where you can enter in the food you eat and the activities you do to see how much fat, carbs, and protein you are eatting and how many calories you are burning. It also tells you if you are lacking certain vitamins. Try to cut back on processed high carb foods. Whole wheat and protein is a good route to take. Look into protein powder. If you take care of yourself then it shows you love yourself. People are drawn to others that know how to take care of themselves. If your friend is really serious about gaining their health back then I suggest you check out the sites below! Also, don't underestimate the power of walking!

Depends on the guy. Some guys like women to be bigger and aren't attracted to smaller girls. Her main concern other then being liked by guys is her health. That is not a healthy weight and maybe if she lost some she would have more confidence.

Listen, there is someone out there for everyone of course, but the fatter you are, the harder it is to find that person. People don't care if being over weight is genetic or b/c of poor self control, most people looking for a mate want quality, and fat people don't show genetic quality.
If she is 5'6" her weight should be below 200 for sure. Look what Trimspa did for anna nichole smith? She was a fat sow, now she is a good looking sow.

I used to think than weight doesn't matter for feeling sexy, i was big but i was good about my seft, but the true is that my health wasn't very good, i had i lot of problem, so i start to take care of my body for myself not for guys.
I´m sure that your friend is pretty im also a latin girl and i know that "latinas nacen con grandes curvas" but she has to take care of her health, while she's still younger.

no longer prepared to sound shallow because of the fact i'm dating, and in love with an obese guy yet 6'2 and 320 is undesirable and undesirable is what makes all and varied unattractive. if he believes he could unfastened weight, then he could. His self assurance will advance up and self assurance is eye-catching. good success

Too big, in my opinion, is above your ideal weight. If a person is not in shape, eats the wrong food, and just doesn't take care of themselves then that's "too big." And even if someone finds her attractive, I still don't see how someone would want to be in a relationship with someone who doesn't think enough of his/herself to stay healthy.

I couldn't be attracted to someone whose weight prevented them from being healthy. Your friend sounds obese, and will likely suffer from a lot of health problems further down the road. Lots of guys like curvy girls, but they like curvy girls who can go to a club and dance all night, or go mountain biking in the forest, without becoming totally exhausted!
