put a piece of clear scotch tape on the hang up button for their phone, so when it rings, they will pickup the handset and not notice the tape and wonder why the phone keeps ringing......or unplug the phone cord

wad up a piece of paper into the size of a golf ball. Bounce a real golf ball in plain sight and then put the golf ball in the hand with the wad of paper and then pull the wad of paper out and say catch. Then throw a fastball at their head. They will totally think a golfball just hit them and they will scream until they realize there is no pain. Works every time.

When I worked in customer service, I put vaseline on the earpiece of the receiver on a co-workers phone. I laughed and laughed.
When we dressed up for halloween, I dressed up as a little girl and kept leaving sticky lollipops on everyone's keyboard (not on the keys, though!)
