I tried ticketmaster but they only have events that are happening soon or already have tickets on sale.

if you have a place in mind that you want to go to (venue or what ever) look up there site and they should tell you whats happing there) or possible www.tickets.com

They do this because they know the concert / event is a fact. Otherwise is just rumors or speculations, besides there's no such thing. You can check MTV News for upcoming events on your area, but if they aren't part of Ticket Master or any other TRUST ticket agency, then it's not for sure that they / this event may perform in your town.

try stubhub.com they have a bunch of tickets on there, or you have to be part of like a fan club to get tickets early
