This is a tough one. I think the first tip, and probably the best one, is to make your presentation with confidence. Speak up with as much enthusiasm, just as though this were something you knew like the back of your hand and really liked. Smile, and hold your head up, and make eye contact with your audience. Making eye contact is critical; to not look at the audience is an indication that you either are not prepared or not convinced of what you are saying. But to do this takes some pretty good acting; you might want to psyche yourself before speaking.
A second tip: do not sound like you are trying to impress anyone!! That may sound strange, but usually people will know if you are "snowing" them. To impress the audience will not require you to use big words, but to be enthusiastic, as though this was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Good luck, and practice your acting!!

THere is only one person who knows that youre not prepare. It's you. Don't tell anyone else.
Try to talk about what you need to talk but involving youre audience. When they ask or say anything right or good that you never imagine but it is right, be like if you where looking for this answer or question saying things like You're absolutty correct, or, thats what I was hoping to hear, and try to keep talking about it.
Sometimes you need the audience speak for involving them. Then is more easy they aprove a strategy or a campaign, etc.
Other times you could say that this meeting is like a brainstorming for you and you are needing to interact with them for better results. This is youre way of working, making a team with youre client, audience.

Look ready. Dress the part. Be confident when you speak and listen intently to the question asked after the presentation. You have to master your presentation and look for loopholes yourself so you won't get caught with your pants down.
