Eat a lot of dairy like cheese and butter. Eat plenty of carbs like bread and cereal and rice. Don't overstuff your self with McDonalds or any other fast food crap...though it is fattening, it is not healthy! Eat plenty of veggies and fruits and a lot of meats.

Eat foods that are high in carbs and protein. But be careful, to much of a good thing can be bad. Make sure to take a lot of vitamins and get your daily intake of nutrients.

On a side note: why are you trying to get fatter? did you join the military?

Hi,
I think you know how to get fatter by theory,
...but you can't do it yet, right ? ;)
You must do it today... increase a little foods (bit by bit), plus your energy with glucose (from fruits) and find time to exercise (for your healthy).

Or easy way to do : Eat eat eat ... and then you sleep !!!
Be sure you can fatter... Like me ! ha ha ha ...

Well, ur lucky! U can eat whatever you want incluing junks! Try to add 500 calories to your daily calories intake and you will gain a pound by the end of the week. Keep doing this until you are satisfied!

Eat a lot of donuts and pies and chips and burgers and greasy food. Also, go to a buffet where you can eat all you want!

Drink a lot of milk and you need to increase your protein, that will help build muscle. I am not sure if you really want to get fatter or just bulkier but that should help.

I was very thin in my teens so I had a nice thick malted milk shake everyday, very high in calories. Anything with Ice cream should do it. Culvers has the best deserts and most their food is high in calories. Have fun eating, yum yum!
