Epsom salts, about 4 cups, in a bath, a couple of drops of eucalyptus and/or tea tree oil. Drink lots of water, because the salts will make you sweat, but will loose lots of muck from your system through your skin.

Baking soda works quite well too. Eat more fruit & have a good night sleep.

Try a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil in a comfortably hot bath. This has been used for many years in Australia. You should be able to get it as it has been exported everywhere.

Put a drop of it (only a drop) on your sleep wear colar.
It's all about the vapours.

Drink hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice before bed.

A good looking guy, to take the mind off the fact that you have a cold?
Just sitting in the steamy room will help too.

Melt a bottle of mentholatum in and then add a box of baking soda. It is very soothing.
