I'm 44 and still live with my parents. I'm unemployed because I haven't decided what to do yet. The only thing I like on T.V. is cartoons and video games.

There is no reason that you can't succeed in this life. If you haven't decided what to do with your life, then try taking some college courses. You’re never too old for that. Also, try putting yourself out there. Place a profile on a dating website like eharmony.com or match.com. Meeting people, even if it's not romantic in nature, is a great way to jump start your life. But ultimately, I would start-off with some short-range goals. Like finding a job, it doesn't necessarily have to be something you like, just something that pays the bills. Once you've found a steady paycheck, then you might want to start thinking about what you want to do with the rest of your life. And take a chance and move out on your own, and declare your independence from your parents. Remember, its never too late to start living! Hope this helps.

You're not a moron, you've just never challenged yourself. You need to move out and take your life into your own hands. You will never make anything of your life by just sitting around watching TV. Do you really want to people to look back on your life and say "He never did anything important. But he did watch a lot of TV".
Have you ever had a job? Do you have any money saved up? If you have some, why not force yourself to make something of your life. Move out. Once the bills start rolling in, you will realize you need more money and will have to find a job. At the very least, you will be able to put that you worked at a job on your resume. It isn't all that impressive to say that you watched TV on your resume.
Take control of your life. Do something, anything. Just don't waste a perfectly good life sitting around watching TV.

Hope I am not being too harsh but you have no personality. You are middle aged and live with your parents and have no job, having a personality is the least of your worries. Moron, I don't think you are one you have to have somewhat of a comprehension to be a moron. You are just some clueless aimless person that seems to be content with your current situation and if that is how you want it whatever but you really strike me as being an idiot more than anything else.
