well it wont let me avg it or it will let me dowload it but wont open it applicatyion conf wrong it says what do i do

Format it! You have to start up your computer in ms dos. The command to fix this is format c:
If that doesn't work, put in your boot disk for your operating system, and you can format it from there.

Boot with an avg rescue disk (or another antivirus program's rescue disk) and scan your HD.

reformat the hard drive and re download the hardrvie
to reformat its c:format then instal the harddrive disk but you will lose all of your informatation
