Behaviorism from what I gather is basically
that mental stimulus is learned through observation of situations and other people defunct of any corroboration

Gees - just about everything in the workplace is centered around the theory of behaviorism.

Human resources in manufacturing companies use it at a lot in issues of safety. For example, the company might offer an extra day of vacation for everyone in the plant if there are no accidents for 3 months. This offer of reward motivates the employees to be extra attentive to the rules of safety.

Some companies have a "Cash Back For Ideas Program" which offers cash rewards to any employee who can come up with a workable idea on how to save the company money. This is also used a lot in manufacturing companies because employees are directly involved in inventory and manufacturing processes. Because the amount of the cash reward is a certain percent of the company's total savings that result from the employee's idea, the employees are motivated to find ideas that would save the company a lot of money. In the company I use to work for, people would often blow off lunch because they wanted to spend their free time investigating ideas.

Skinner's Theory of Behaviorism: "Skinner wrote that if humans were to be changed, even saved, then the environment itself must be changed and not the 'inner self', via a specifically chosen pattern of rewards and punishments. He believed that it was possible to have large-scale control over human behavior and that the belief that people were 'free agents' was simply wrong. Can you expand on the definition of the "theory of behaviorism?" I might have learned about in pschology class but that was long ago.

Honesty. The constituents in human essence have as their guide off and on. Anything positive is turned off in fear or anger, turned on when fear or anger is diminished. Honesty is one way for that with a good sense of how to say something in such a way that you would have it said that way to you. Simularities work better than differences that can not be explained pleasantly, e.g. inequality, why so different.
