It's a close call. I loved Rizzo in muppet treasure island when he was selling tickets for a ride on the ship to other rats. I think over all it would be Rizzo

I always liked Janice from Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem, even though I find some of the other band members (Dr. Teeth and animal) extremely creepy.

definatly rizzo as well. especially in the muppet christmas carol where he jumps off the gate and lands in the snow only to then proceed to squeeze throught he bars to go back for his jelly beans!! woot for rizzo
