Pregnancy tests are very accurate, especially the one the doctor did. Unfortunately, the symptoms of nausea and tiredness don't usually occur until you are about 6 weeks pregnant. They can happen because you want to be pregnant so badly. As long as you have sex every other day from about 2 days before you ovulate until 5 days after, you should get pregnant within 6 months. Of course, many doctors would say you should give it a year. Good luck.
