It's just the energy you radiate. Try to calm down, but sometimes you really can't help it. I used to make all street lights and parking garage lights go off every time I went under them, once I stopped paying attention to it, it stopped.

Often there are two questions in one when people have an emotional base. I will not attempt to answer the one "What is going on?". I don't know what the connection between you and your light bulb is. The inferred question is "I feel out of control of my life when I am emotional" and "How can I get control back"? Often a question has it's own answer buried in it. In the classic Jungian sense your sub-concious or super mind is sending you a message. There is a paradox in your connection to popping light bulbs.
The message is that you have a substantial control over what is around you and your life as well. More than you ever imagined! You just have to start being responsible for who you are not who you "should be". Otherwise you are in "darkness".

This happened to me a while back while I was perfectly calm. Get an electrician to check the neutral wire circuit in your house and the wires leading to it from the power source. This may be a case of the lights causing your upset, not the other way around.....

Seriously, I think you need to see a catholic priest before you start spewing green pea soup all over the room.
P.S. I won't give you a stupid answer if you won't ask a stupid question.
