No. As other guys have said, it's pretty pointless getting a plastic kids toy. You're 16, your draw length will be too long for it, and you'll break it. Plus the arrows won't fly true. Spend a bit of money - get a proper target (sit it on the floor, so most of your misses go into the grass), a backstop net or a sheet of MDF to rest behind your target (so that any that do miss don't go flying off somewhere), and then a proper bow and arrows. You don't need huge ranges - I shoot at around 10-15m in my back garden, although I could happily double that range. Even less than that works too - the shorter the range, the less you have to worry about accuracy and the more you can focus on form and technique. For what it's worth, I shoot wooden arrows and a 40lb draw Bickerstaffe English Longbow. Take a day, visit a shop. Try several bows, buy what feels right. I bought that longbow (spending far more than I'd planned) after testing a compound, couple of recurves, a scythian horsebow, and a couple of one piece recurve/flatbows. I have my bow, a dozen arrows, a bracer, shooting gloves, and a target, the whole shebang probably set me back £400. But, the bow was very expensive. Again, echoing other posters - these things are weapons, and need to be treated carefully, And, bowhunting is illegal in the UK.

Aside from toy stores like Toys "R" Us and KB Toys, I would advise you to check out Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, Meijer and Kohl's. Dollar stores and drug stores (e.g. Walgreens) are other options you should consider. Have you visited HasbroToyShop.com or etoys.com?
I'd also suggest you contact Hasbro and tell them what you're looking for and inquire whether they still manufacture replacement parts for your toy.
