The chorine is extremely low (checked it today).

Pool is screened in and gets little use.

Just put a couple of 3" chlorine (w/ algaecide) tabs in the feeder every 2 -3 weeks.

Water is chrystal clear and bottom is clean.

There are usually only two culprits that turn people green :)
One is copper ( I suspect is your issue) and the other is an elevated chlorine level affecting some hair dyes.
If the reagents you used to test the water are still good and haven't expired or stored incorectly, then it's likely copper as I will trust your test kit.
If it IS copper, you have to go to the pool store to get something to get it out of the water, take a sample of the water in with you and have them check it and reccomend your course of action. There will be a reason that copper is present and you need to fix it, before more copper is stripped from your pool plumbing or heater

Too much chlorine in the pool, make sure you wash your hair really good after you go swimming & go to the hair aisle at just about any grocery store & look for a shampoo made to get the chlorine out of your hair!

You have too much chlorine in the water...
this can be dangerous to all who get into your pool...
I suggest you call around and ask a professional what you can do to lower the chlorine level...

have you ever said how pennies from time to time turn eco-friendly? it is the copper. Copper is utilized in mustard algaecide. maximum community swimming pools save it of their swimming pools to help with the mustard algae issues, yet deepest pool vendors attempt no longer to. Chlorine is a hardship-free false impression, besides the undeniable fact that it bleaches.

like the others said before, it's chlorine. i believe there is a way to prevent it but i don't remember it since i don't need it. look around online at hair and beaty sites. it could be hairspray that helps, but i'm not sure..
