Very good question if you find the real reason tell me husband.
The only thing I can come up with is his obsession with not being wrong and not being able to come to terms with his mistakes or wrong decisions. There is a lack of self accountability.

To even begin to look at the self as the source is a life altering event. Once you turn in your own direction without turning away you'll not only see how many problems you've caused yourself but you might just see more, like maybe you don't like yourself or that you have hurt others or you're an asshole. That would be quite painful, but I do highly recommend it to everyone.

Speak for yourselves.
I screw up, I pay for it. I'll be the first one to admit when I did something wrong.
I think that the failure to put the blame on oneself is a complete lack of self-discipline, willpower and moral strength. After all, nobody likes being crapped on. However, iavoiding a bit of flak is never worth having tried and failed to lie to oneself.

They can't face reality. Ask the Israelis. They are a prime example of an entire country suffering from massive denial.

Because we don't want to take responsibility for our actions. I mean- who wants to commit themselves to something they can't get out of? THAT takes nerve...- & there's precious little of that to go around. Think about it; fear rules...
