C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Local Settings\Temp\

On the C drive in Documents and Settings. Go to your user name and then open Local Settings and you will see the Temp folder along with History and Temp Internet.

Mine is in:

D:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp

Which means, D is the driver where I booted, my user account is Administrator.
