No I don't support abortion, I believe it's murder. If a mother doesn't want the baby there's always adoption. I don't think a baby would rather die than be born. I have thought about what I'd do if I was raped and I know I would keep that baby because it would still be my baby. This is my own opinion, I know everyone has a different opinion but I will always stick to mine no matter what.

An idiot above claimed men should'nt have opinions (other than support a woman's choice) where abortion is concerned, however this ignorant person forgets that it takes two to make a baby. Men need to be invovled in the decision process, not simply made to cow-tow to the demands of an egocentric.
Depending on the definition of rape, I'd agree that the man does sacrafice his voice on abortion. I refer to the definition as feminism has watered it down to virtually nothing. In 'realistic' terms, rape happens where a man overpowers a woman and forces himself upon/into her against her will.
Feminism's definition of rape is looking too long at a woman who has chosen to flash 1/2 or more of her breasts, or wearing a belt in mistake of a skirt. Making out with a guy one night and regretting it the next morning does not constitute rape, though feminism has made it so. Making a false claim against a man with no intention aside from covering up misdeeds or trying to ruin his life/career/family/etc isn't rape either.

I do not support abortion because it is the killing of an innocent, living, human being. As far as the "it's the woman's body" argument goes, she isn't aborting "her own body." She's aborting the body of her child. If she was "aborting" herself, it would be suicide, and most people would try to stop her even though "it's her body."

Rape is a horrific act of violence, and the rapist should be punished. I believe the "get out of jail in a couple of years at best" scenario is horrendously lenient. However, killing a child who is conceived by rape punishes that child, not the rapist. Plus, s/he is the woman's child too! That mother would be killing her own child... not just the rapist's.

Personally, I think the baby would rather be given up for adoption if her/his mother couldn't handle raising her/him than be killed.

One of the best loved Evangelists in America James Robinson was a baby caused by a rape. He thanks his Mother all of the time for sparing his life. About 40 million little possible Democrats, that's another reason they keep losing. For 33 years they have been able to legally kill off their own party. Republicans just keep growing replenishing their party.
If we or a Dr. kill a baby after it's born it's murder. It's not our choice, you go to prison, right? But it's our or the Dr.'s choice to kill it before it's born even when it has a beating heart and can feel pain. Go figure? I'll never understand.

no i dont support abortions only in certain situations i probably would but i dont think i would follow through with it. i feel that it is not a persons decision to decide if they take some ones life. that is gods decision. everything happens for a reason and ur pregnant for a reason if god didnt want u to have a baby then you wouldnt b pregnant but i guess u should have the right to choose but i would NEVER get an abortion but i would think about it if my child had down syndrome because i would have to take care of them my whole life, not that im selfish but ill get old and i'll need someone to take care of me soon too and taking care of a child with down syndrom is like caring for a baby. once i die i will feel lke im leaving a burdon on someone else because they'll have to watch over my child even if they were 30 years old.

That criminals baby would be yours, mine or who ever got raped, our flesh and blood not just his.Your trying to speak for all Mothers and Woman well you only get one vote. How can you even think what the baby would want after being born anyone wants to live.
You can't speak for the child either, only for yourself.

I think when it's a case of rape, incest, or the mother and/or baby's health is in danger, there should be the option of abortion. If it's for birth control, I don't agree with that. Every case is different and I don't think it's anyone's place to judge the mother because we are not her.

No, I do not support the killing of innocent human beings, regardless of the circumstances of their conception. If I was raped and became pregnant, I would not punish my child for the crime of his or her father.

It is easy for you to say that someone would "rather die" then be born when you are not the one being killed. Should we just kill anyone who isn't "wanted?" What about homeless people or handicapped people? Much of society doesn't "want" them either. Does that give us the right to kill them?

I agree with you, I am guessing this has to do with the other question posted. If someone had a rapist baby they would resent that child. A woman who doesn't or isn't healthy enough to have a baby (drugs, poverty, emotional issues..ect..) shouldn't have that child because they wouldn't be able to care for it.
Unless they found stable parents to adopt the baby first then it would be ok to carry that child and deliver it. As long as they can give it up and it's not a drug baby.

Hmmm - rather be dead than have a chance at life? I doubt that.

If a woman can deal with being pregnant, there are a lot of couples out there who would love to have a baby and can't. Adoption can be a great option.
